Born in Lafia Nasarawa state 23rd February 1980 into the family of Hi chief & Ugwudiya Simeon Okebugwu,the Obuoha 1 of Obuohia village in Avodim Ubakala Umuahia south Abia state Nigeria,a retired successful business man .
